(3)National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Electrician, awarded by an appropriate authority under the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). OR (3) 3 years experience in the electrical field. (4)Knowledge of Computer. (5)Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
