(a)(i) Assistant Engineer or equivalent; or

(b) possessing degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent and preferably experience in a research organisation.(Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same organisation/Department shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years)
