Essential : Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential: (i) Officers under the Central/State Govt. or Union Territory Administration: A)i)holding analogous post on regular basis Or ii)with 3 years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs. 1640-2900(pre-revised) and B)possessing Educational qualification and experience prescribed for direct recruits ie. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent with one year experience in Boiler Fabrication/Inspection in a workshop or a Factory of repute or Government Department OR Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering of a recognised university or equivalent, with 3 years experience in Boiler Fabrication/Inspection in a Workshop or a Factory of repute or Government Department. (Deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion(Period of Deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/department of the State Govt. shall not exceed 3 years)
