Essential : Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential: (i) Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management/Hospitality, from a recognised University. (ii) Six years work experience in Hotel/Tourism Industries. (iii) Knowledge of History and culture of India and must be familiar with places of Tourist interest in India, in general and Goa in particular. (iv) Computer literate (v) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Foreign languages other than English language, preferably French, German or Russian. (ii)Masters degree in Tourism/Hospitality, from a recognised University. (iii) MBA/PGDBM/PGDM, from a recognised University (iv) Knowledge of Marathi.
